Where do you think the government gets the idea from that it can keep constant pressure on vehicle dwellers to scare them away? Or shame them, for that matter?
Group chat (below) between Urban Alchemy about me 6.21.24 The other person being discussed is my deaf neighbor. Urban Alchemy was trying to kick him out that night, no notice. We told him to barricade himself in his RV and that I would explain it all to the cops, if they came. In meantime, Kelly and I set out to REALLY emphasize to Dept of Homelessness how bad things are at the VTC. As usual, they turned a blind eye.
Oh yes, the chat message (obtained legally by Andrew, the subject of the chat message as I am; he was shown this and allowed to record it because he is deaf; he forwarded it to me legally because I took an part of the message and I am collecting evidence for elder/ disabled adult abuse, so there’s an exception in the two-consent law).
